Delivery
DIY TOOLS aims to deliver your tools in the fastest time possible! Our logistic department will call or text you one day before delivery.
If your purchase is $100 and below, you may still opt for delivery during checking out. DIY TOOLS charges a standard shipping & handling fee of $12.00 for local delivery in Singapore (please refer to NO DELIVERY ZONES).
Delivery duration: About 3 to 4 working days after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.

NO ONE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY
When there is no one around to receive the item, our delivery man will call/text you. You may request him to the below options:
1) Leave at the door
2) Leave it with your neighbour
3) Arrange for re-schedule at a fee of $12.00. (Delivery fee paid previously will not be refunded for this option)
4) Arrange an appointment for self pickup at the pickup location. (Delivery fee paid previously will not be refunded for this option)
If the recipient is contactable and there is no one to receive the item, the arrangement will be treated as Option 4 -Self Pick Up. Our customer service will call/text you to arrange for a Self Pick Up. Should the recipient remain contactable for 7 calendar days from the delivery date, the order will be forfeited and cancelled. Therefore, we will not refund you for any amount that you have spent on your order including the delivery fee.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
At this moment of time, we are unable to provide international delivery out of Singapore. However, Buyer can arrange picking up of the package through an international forwarding company (IFC) e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. The arrangement with the IFC will have to be initiated from the Buyer’s end and informed to us in advance. Any payment to the IFC should also be paid by the Buyer directly to the IFC.
The buyer will have to bear the risk as we will not be providing any warranty, replacement or refund for any items or packages undelivered or damaged. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once your IFC collects the package.

DIY TOOLS aims to deliver to as many places as possible for the convenient of all DIY enthusiasts. However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore:

- Ports
- Tuas Link
- Changi Cargo
- Country Clubs
- Army Camps
- Seletar Aerospace
- Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
- Turf Club Avenue
- Sentosa
- Singapore Prison Quarters
- Airbase sites
- SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
- ST Kinetics
- Shipyards
- Hospitals
- Powergrid
- Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
