Description
Flamefast have always been at the forefront of Hot Metal equipment design for education. The LT1 Low Temperature Casting System has been designed to create unique links between Design & Technology and other curriculum areas such as ICT and Art. At the same time it offers a cost effective and safe method for demonstrating casting and moulding techniques.
It allows casting and moulding to be undertaken in a standard classroom environment away from traditional workshop areas. The system is simple, easy and safe to use requiring only a standard 13 amp 230V AC socket. It does not require any extraction system. It has been designed so that pupils can observe safely the physical processes of melting and pouring metals.Thr unique cooling system keeps the entire case cold to the touch. The internal melting pot has a clearly labelled swivel lid for observing the state of the molten metal and adding new material.

- Eligibility:£º This free servicing programme is applicable only to schools located in Singapore.
- Validity Period£º The free servicing is valid for one (1) time only from the date of purchase, as stated on the official invoice.
- Exclusions£ºFree servicing does not include:
- Replacement of consumable parts (e.g. filters, belts, blades, abrasives, oils, fuses).
- Repairs due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or environmental factors.
- Major repairs, overhaul, or replacement of defective parts.
- Service Request Procedure: Servicing must be arranged by prior appointment.
- Non-Transferability: This free servicing entitlement is non-transferable and applicable only to the specific equipment and purchasing institution.
- Termination of Coverage: The free servicing entitlement will be void if the equipment is serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel during the coverage period.
- Right to Amend: The supplier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice, where applicable.
