- Eligibility: This free servicing programme is applicable only to schools located in Singapore.
- Validity Period : The free servicing is valid for one (1) time only from the date of purchase, as stated on the official invoice.
- Exclusions: Free servicing does not include:
- Replacement of consumable parts (e.g. filters, belts, blades, abrasives, oils, fuses).
- Repairs due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or environmental factors.
- Major repairs, overhaul, or replacement of defective parts.
- Service Request Procedure: Servicing must be arranged by prior appointment.
- Non-Transferability: This free servicing entitlement is non-transferable and applicable only to the specific equipment and purchasing institution.
- Termination of Coverage: The free servicing entitlement will be void if the equipment is serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel during the coverage period.
- Right to Amend: The supplier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice, where applicable.
